Thanksgiving in WA

4 kids on an airplane so grateful we got to travel with Grandma and Grandpa so everyone had a partner.
Flew in to Portland, OR late Monday night and rented a suburban.Grandpa snuggles as soon as we walked in.snuggles
When we made it to Longview, WA to stay and Brooky and Emie's theh greeted us some exciting news, they are going to have a baby in May and they are moving to NM in March. I dont know what I was more excited about!!! Danielle was not very excited about the moving part she has loved having them 4 hours away.
We enjoyed some great cousin time, playing in the Christensen basement going to 2 movies, the Grinch and Ralph breaks the internet. Grandma and Grandpa took us to a indoor play room with some fun jump houses and obstacle course stuff, just what we need to burn some calories for more pie.

we made turkey outfits

It was such a happy week, I love all these people with all my heart and i am so glad we are all together forever as and eternal family.

Uncle Westley made the BEST turkey, and everything else was so yummy. Unfortunately Grandpa got sick right before the meal and did not get to enjoy any of it.

Then back to the airport for our return flight to AZ spent another night at the John's before heading to Ramah for Trestan's baptism. His family scheduled for thanksgiving and were kind enough to wait  for us to get back from our trip Saturday. All of his siblings had a special part in the program and it was so fun to celebrate this special guy, we sure out proud of him for being baptized in the true church.

Baby blessing and Race in Tucson

Britton signed up for tour de tucson with Koriel and some of the Christensen, family. It is not my favorite thing Britton does, mostly the training to ride 100 miles is not fun for any of us. But alas he loves the trial and conquering. they got Gold this year finishing it under 6 hours which they were really happy with and a PR from their previous time. Still trying for Platinum (under 5 hours) maybe next time.Britton was so excited to try this race again and enjoyed riding with his brother for a second time.
The rest of us went to some gardens in Tucson and really enjoyed the butterfly room
Ryker was very popular at the garden everyone wanted a turn pushing him around.
Koriel and Katelyn decided to host Elden's baby blessing for the same weekend. It was fun to hangout with some of our Lambson cousins Lydia came with Meme and Grandpa by herself it was fun to make some memories with her and Liam and Shane. Meme and Grandpa got great shots of the rides and the rest of us enjoyed some Eegees, ( can never get enough I wish I had one in my backyard)
They both got a PR and were able to enjoy the rest of the day until they crashed for bed at 8pm.
The next day was a beautiful blessing of a sweet and precious boy. He is so squishy and snuggable. It was so great to meet him and we are glad we are part of his family forever.
Monday morning we met all the Lambsons at bobo's for some mouth  watering pancakes. It was good to visit with Great Grandma Christensen while we were in town, didn't get a picture with her but we did with the pandas. We love her lots.
Then we caught and airplane to WA for Thanksgiving.
Could not have done it without Conway helping caring the extra weight and Grandma and Grandpa each helping with a kid.

Halloween 2018

This year we talked everyone into being an animal. Conway-;Hawk 2.0 Elle - Elephant Wyatt-giraffe Ryker-; lion

For the trick or treat on main street I wore a sticker that said "zoo keeper" Britton was helping with reception set up so
the Kodra frozen crew went with us and braved the crazy crowds to get a bag full of candy.

On Halloween, wyatt was feeling under the weather so he stayed in at Grandma's  house and ate out of her candy bowl with Ryker.
Conway and Elle hit the pavement and had a great Halloween that we all benefited from!

Pumpkin painting this year, we didn't get to do any carving but had fun with the painting

H&C Wedding!

October is such a  great

month! So many special birthday's and now to top it off a Wedding!
Cooper and Hannah chose to get married during the fall break, in Utah at the Draper temple!
We drove up half way on Wednesday then Thursday made it the rest of the way meeting Christensen and Kodras at a rental house Mom and Dad had gotten for the weekend.
That night I made all my siblings go to dinner with me, while Mom and Dad kept all 9 kiddos. So grateful for these amazing people I get to call family. The laughs are always so great.
The next day was WEDDING DAY. We got to meet up with family all through out the day. The girls all got dressed in the super  adorable matching dresses we found for them and the boys all looked so dapper in the vests. The temple was beautiful, Aunt Maressa met us at there and kept an eye on all the kids during the sealing. A lovely family  dinner with olive garden at the Mclees's church, showed the slide show and played the classic shoe game with the bride and groom.
Saturday morning we celebrated Reese turning 3! And got to go to scheels before heading to the reception.
I think the photo booth van  was the highlight for the kids and we got our groove on the dance floor.
After all the parties we got to bring the Kodras minus Uncle Anton home to New Mexico for the whole week, for the NM open house the next weekend.
The last Christensen wedding we went all out. Lights and vines on the ceiling and heart branded logs with an amazing display of to die for food.
Poor Elle came down with an abscess tooth infection. Her little cheek starting swelling Saturday morning until it was so painful, our sweet dentist hurried home from a soccer game to do a emergency tooth pull. She was pretty miserable and we let her skip out on most of the party but she started feeling much better as the medicine kicked in and cleared the rest of the infection.

The party was so fun and we loved getting to celebrate such a great couple in Cooper and Hannah, they are going to have so much fun together. So excited for the amazing adventures ahead for them together.
