Our Home

We love our new home. Here are some pictures. Finally got the Christmas decorations put a away and everyday decor decided on. Hope everyone is have a great start to the new year.

Conway's Room, Wild West. You can not see his floor in this picture, but just imagine toys scattered everywhere! Seriously his favorite task everyday is completely emptying his closet of every toy he owns. Also added his super cheesy face he gave me the other day. I think he is looking more and more like Britton everyday.

Elle girl's Room. "Elle had a little lamb" We reused all of Conway's lambs, and my dolls in Elle's room. She is to long for the craddle so has graduated to the crib. We are loving our pink bumpers and crib skirt so much, thanks again Aunt Cheryl.

Great room. Enough space for two rooms: Living room/ Family room. Seat for Home Teachers and Visiting Teachers, and a cozy place around the fire/ Tv,computer and comfy couches
Love the kitchen. The arrangement is unique, but we love the gas stove top and all the cupboards. Amazing counter tops too!

It is all much better in person. Come visit!

OH Ho Ho Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas and Well Wishes to you and your families this year from the Lambsons.

We have a had a great year.

Britton started Graduate school and is enjoying that, as much as one can enjoy going to school while your wife and two year old are demanding your attention at the same time. But he did great and is already registered for next semester so only 2 more to go!

I am able to "work" from home tutoring and playing with Conway and Elle. We continue to make it a tradition to move at least once a year. But we are hoping to break that tradition and stay here for a couple of years. We are all loving our new house and the space. Our hide and seek game has really stepped up. :)

Conway is an energetic and fun kid, not a baby. (He tells us regularly "Elle baby, Conway kid." Got it.) Hiss other cute phrase is when he agrees with your plan he says, "O.K. Deal" with the thumbs up sign. "Conway do you want me to get your something to drink?" "O.K. Good Deal, Mom" " Let's watch a movie and sit on the couch for a bit."  "O.K. Deal" thumbs up. "I need to go to the store and buy more fruit snacks." "O.K. Great Deal!" "Time for naps, Conway." "No Conway happy, no naps" We are adjusting to the big bed and staying in it. He is quick to say sorry to Elle when she cries, which we count as a good improvement.

Elle is so sweet. She loves to talk and will carry on a conversation with anyone that will make eye contact. She is a good eater and growing fast. Moving out of the 3 month clothes already. And I have asked her, she says she likes wearing pink everyday, which makes Momma happy. Her eyes started out a colorless maybe gray but  now turn blue, green, gray, brown depending on the day. Britton's big blue eye gene just does not want to give up so quickly in our kids.

Ellese's Blessing Day

Elle is very well loved. Her Blessing day was very special for us, we were so grateful for the loved ones that supported her that day near and far.
Britton's family from Albuquerque

Future Elder Nymeyer. You are going to do awesome in Texas, thinking about you as prepare to leave next week.
Sterling and Ariel are going to make an awesome Uncle and Aunt very soon.
Two sets of Elle's favorite Aunts and Uncles.
Thanks Uncle Aaron for the great pictures. So many great memories that we will be able to keep forever.
Her dressed was crocheted just for her by Meme. It was perfect

We love you all so much! Thank you, Thank you.

Kids are napping and I should be packing.

Family pictures. Which one would you get in 8X10 for our wall? I feel Britton looks great in both. The rest of us it is a draw...

Halloween and the LIST.

Happy Halloween (last week!). I can not believe another week has past. Conway was a 2 year old giraffe, last year he went as a 1 year old giraffe. We are thinking next year he might even try being a 3 year old giraffe. Has anyone ever been the same thing every year of their lives? He could be the first! Elle was pumpkin, it was so cute at the ward trunk or treat to have all the little kids come up to her and tell her that they were a pumpkin when they were a baby too. So sweet. Conway racked in on the treats and has been slowly working his way through the sugar.
We have been missing Britton this week as he was gone for 7 days on "The Epic Hunting Extravaganza" Seriously, I am going to be buying plane tickets soon for a girl trip get away. I hate hunting season. The good news is he is coming home tonight. And we have nothing but fun filled activities from here until January!
Here is THE LIST:
